Actually, here is an interesting fact for you - I live in Sarasota, an hour south of St Petersburg. Well, St Pete times - their local paper - has a plaque outside their door tellling a story than when a paper was first established in 19-teens, they promised this particular pariodical will be FREE for anyone on those days when there is no sunshine at all. Since then they had to honor the promise of the free paper less than 50 times (don't remember the exact number). I can also tell you that today is not the day the paper would be free :) Enjoy your winter:)
